We are a cost effective manufacturer of custom-designed aluminium die casting with ISO 9001 Certified and IATF 16949 Certified . 

For the production of aluminum alloy die castings, SYX Die Casting have 8 cold chamber die casting machines ranging from 300 to 3500 lockup tons which are able to produce castings up to approximately 132 lbs. The standard alloys cast at SYX workshop are ADC12, A380, and A360. We have the flexibility to handle other alloys upon request.

Die Casting Workshop:

6 Cold Chamber LK Die Casting Machines 300T, 500T, 800T, 1250T, 2000T, 3500T.

2 Hot Chamber LK Die Casting Machines 88T, 160T.

2 Central Melting furnaces (1.5T per hour and 1T per hour).

Tool Shop: 3 CNC Machining Centers with working stroke 850MM, 1060MM, 1580MM.

Post Machining Workshop: 40 CNC Machining Centers from 3-Axias to 5-Axis.

Surface Finish Department: 

10 Sand Blasting Units, 10 Shot Blasting Units, 5 Tumble Units, and one production line of powder coating.

In-house Tool Shop

The decision to maintain an in-house tool shop is not only a guarantee of promptness in solving tooling problems that may occur once they go into production, but also is a clear strategy aimed at having maximum possible control over the production process.

A choice that prevents wastes of time and misunderstandings, and offers the customer, at the same time, a single and reliable partner who takes charge of the entire process, and a more competitive price for equal technical service.

For this reason, from the beginning, SYX die casting established a workshop for the manufacturing of die casting molds with advanced machinery, which are constantly upgraded on the basis of rapid technological innovations.

Surface Treatment Workshop

SYX Die Casting is equipped with a production line for powder-coating. 

Powder Coating is one of the most popular finishes. 

It's cured at higher temperatures so it is a tougher finish.
